1. THE OFFER
Under the DoseDirect Refer a Friend offer:
- An eligible new customer may receive £10 off their first qualifying DoseDirect weight-loss order.
- The eligible existing customer who referred them may receive a £10 credit towards a future qualifying order after the new customer’s first order has been clinically approved, paid for and completed.
- A qualifying order must contain an eligible product with a standard advertised price of more than £99.99 before the referral discount is applied.
2. ELIGIBILITY
To participate:
- The referrer must be an existing DoseDirect customer.
- The referred person must be a new DoseDirect customer who has not previously ordered through DoseDirect.
- Both participants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom.
- The referred person must use the applicable referral code or referral process when placing their first eligible order.
- A referral cannot normally be added retrospectively after an order has been completed.
- The referred person’s first order must contain an eligible weight-loss product priced above £99.99 before application of the referral discount.
3. CLINICAL INDEPENDENCE
All prescription requests remain subject to an independent clinical assessment.
Participation in the offer, use of a referral code or payment for an order does not guarantee that treatment will be prescribed or supplied.
Referral rewards do not influence the prescriber’s clinical decision. DoseDirect may decline treatment where it is not considered safe or clinically appropriate.
4. WHEN THE REWARD IS ISSUED
The referrer’s £10 credit will only be issued after the referred customer’s qualifying order has:
- Been clinically approved;
- Been paid for in full; and
- Been completed without cancellation, refund, chargeback or suspected misuse.
If a qualifying transaction is not completed, no referral reward will become payable. DoseDirect will not disclose the referred person’s confidential clinical information or the reason why a transaction has not been completed.
5. REFERRAL LIMIT
Each referrer may receive rewards for a maximum of ten successful referrals per calendar year.
The maximum referral value available to a referrer is therefore £100 in each calendar year.
6. USING REFERRAL DISCOUNTS AND CREDITS
- Each referral discount or credit has a value of £10.
- Referral discounts and credits may only be applied to eligible products with a standard advertised price above £99.99.
- Eligibility is determined using the product’s standard price before the referral discount or credit is applied.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Credits cannot be transferred or sold.
- Only one referral discount or credit may normally be used against each eligible order.
- Referral credits cannot be combined with another discount, promotion or voucher unless DoseDirect expressly permits this.
- Delivery charges do not count towards the £99.99 product-price threshold.
- Excluded services and products do not count towards the qualifying order value.
7. GENUINE REFERRALS ONLY
The offer is intended for genuine personal referrals.
It must not be used:
- To create duplicate, false or misleading accounts;
- For self-referrals;
- Through unauthorised commercial advertising;
- On voucher, cashback or referral-code websites without written permission;
- In a way that misrepresents DoseDirect or its services; or
- To encourage someone to request medication that they do not need.
DoseDirect may withhold or cancel credits where it reasonably suspects fraud, misuse, duplicate accounts or a breach of these terms.
8. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If a qualifying order is cancelled, refunded, reversed or subject to a chargeback, any associated referral discount or credit may be withdrawn.
If a credit has already been used, DoseDirect may deduct its value from a future refund or account balance where lawful and reasonable.
9. CHANGES TO THE OFFER
DoseDirect may amend, suspend or withdraw the Refer a Friend offer at any time.
Changes will not normally affect a valid reward already earned before the change. The version of the terms displayed when the qualifying referral is completed will apply.
10. GENERAL
The offer is subject to availability. These terms should be read alongside DoseDirect’s general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and clinical eligibility requirements.
DoseDirect’s decision concerning eligibility for a promotional reward is final. This does not affect either participant’s statutory consumer rights.
