Before your appointment, please upload:

Proof of your current dose (e.g., treatment letter sent to your GP, visible in your NHS App ▶ Letters; or a screenshot from your previous provider’s weight tracker).
Photo ID (passport or driving licence).
Proof of BMI at the time you started treatment (screenshot from your NHS App or a GP record around your start date).

Don’t have a copy? Your GP letter in the NHS App usually includes starting BMI. If your GP measured you around your start date, we can accept that too. During the consult, we’ll confirm your current status and plan next steps safely.

What we ask for (before your appointment):

Photo ID
Proof of BMI (we never use photos as BMI proof). Acceptable proofs:
Screenshot from your NHS App (weight/height/BMI).
Live measurement during your video call (we’ll guide you).
A signed letter from a registered healthcare professional (we’ll cover a £20 fee if needed as a last resort).

You’ll meet a UK-registered pharmacist via secure video. We’ll confirm eligibility, agree a starting dose, and provide clear aftercare. If you’re close to a healthy BMI, we’ll plan for maintenance rather than further loss.

Switching from Mounjaro → Wegovy

Mounjaro (tirzepatide) and Wegovy (semaglutide) work differently, so we don’t do like-for-like milligram swaps. We step down to the closest safe Wegovy dose, then review how you feel.
